Ideal for Chemical, Water, and Industrial Applications

Our molded shelters are commonly used for:

  • Chemical feed systems
  • Chlorination buildings
  • Electrical control rooms
  • Pump and lift stations
  • Remote or exposed installations
  • Coastal and high-corrosion environments

Because FRP does not rust, rot, or corrode, these shelters outperform metal, concrete, and wood alternatives in demanding conditions.

Structural Benefits of One-Piece Construction

Building the entire enclosure as a single molded unit provides several engineering advantages:

  • No seams or joints
  • Completely watertight and weather-tight
  • Superior impact resistance
  • Minimal onsite installation time
  • High rigidity for wind and snow loading
  • Consistent wall thickness and reinforcement

Each shelter is built using hand-layup fiberglass laminates for maximum durability and long service life.

Customizable to Your Specifications

Although molded as a single unit, every shelter can be tailored to meet project requirements. Available options include:

  • Insulation: 1" standard with optional 2", 4", or 6" thicknesses
  • Doors: Single, double, or roll-up doors
  • HVAC: Ventilation systems, heaters, exhaust fans, and full HVAC packages
  • Electrical: Lighting, wiring, receptacles, and panel boards
  • Partitions: Add interior walls to create separate rooms
  • Colors: Multiple gelcoat colors available
  • Mounting: Integral mounting flanges and stainless hardware

If you can provide drawings or basic requirements, we can build to your dimensions and configuration.

Engineered for Long-Term Performance

Our one-piece molded FRP shelters are manufactured using materials that meet ANSI/AWWA F101 standards for fiberglass construction. Depending on the project, we can also produce shelters in compliance with:

American Iron & Steel (AIS)

Project-specific engineering requirements

Built for decades of service, these shelters require virtually no maintenance and hold their structural integrity even in harsh chemical environments.
