Key
Benefits:
Doors and Frames manufactured by Warminster Fiberglass are molded by the unique process known as "resin transfer molding" (RTM).
Warminster's state-of-the-art, precision made, match-metal-die molds, along with high quality gelcoat, polyester resin, fiberglass and solid cores produce doors of total monolithic structure. They have no joints to accumulate dust and dirt. That is one reason they are so popular with food and drug processors, hospitals and laboratories.
The doors have a smooth, straight, flat, non-porous surface which is highly resistant to ultra violet degredation, moisture, salt spray, weak alkalies, acids, gases and vapors. That is why they are so popular with municipal and industrial water treatment, sewage treatment and petro-chemical plants, as well as paper mills and refineries.
Doors with a 60 min. (B label) Fire Rating, as well as a wide variety of options for hardware, louvers and lights are available. All molded-in mortises are completed during the RTM molding process.
